As Co-Founder of ‘Nexus,’ Adam leads a task force of over 50 chief people officers who collaborate under a governmental mandate to shape HR policies that align with the needs of today’s business landscape.

Mark brings two decades of recruitment experience, specialising in the operational delivery of executive search, strategic workforce planning, C-suite build-outs, senior hires, and talent mapping within our Central Functions Practice.

He leads our talented executive search team, leveraging market intelligence and data analytics to provide strategic advice on transformative talent acquisition. Mark's dedicated to delivering exceptional results that align with our clients' organisational goals and drive success in an ever-evolving market.

Jenna Stocks

Lead Principal Consultant

Jenna is a Lead Principal Consultant with over 15 years of international experience specialising in mid-level, senior, and executive Human Resources appointments across the UK, EMEA, and APAC. She leverages data-driven metrics and a proactive project management style to deliver diverse and inclusive shortlists across all HR functions.

Having been part of the Middlemore team for a decade, Jenna has a proven track record in executing senior searches and boasts an extensive portfolio of client and candidate recommendations.

Charlie Garside

Associate Director

Charlie joined our team in 2019, where she's broadened her search experience and honed her impressive research and insights skills. With over a decade in recruitment, she specialises in mid-level, senior, and executive HR appointments across various functions, including reward, advisory, talent, learning & development, HR business partnering, and payroll.

Charlie's built an extensive network in the UK and US, particularly within financial services and fintech, successfully delivering complex talent campaigns across EMEA and APAC.

Luke Snowdon

Lead Principal Consultant

Luke joined Middlemore in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in Human Resources executive search. As a seasoned HR recruitment specialist, he has developed an extensive network of executive talent across the UK and Europe.

Luke collaborates closely with HR and business leaders across diverse industries (predominantly I&C), focusing on recruiting senior HR professionals across various sub-disciplines, including business partnering, reward, resourcing, talent management, organisational design, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, shared services, transformation, and leadership development.

Sam Perry

Principal Consultant

Sam brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to our Middlemore search team, having joined us in 2021 as our Central Functions Specialist. He focuses on global assignments in finance, risk, compliance, and regulations.

Highly skilled in complex market mapping, team building, and transformations, Sam has extensive experience in the global insurance, banking, and professional services sectors. His work with both successful SMEs and FTSE-listed businesses provides him with a versatile perspective on central functions teams across various organisational scales.

Beth Miller

Lead Principal Consultant

Beth joined Middlemore in 2024 and is an experienced HR recruitment specialist, with over 18 year’s experience working in the HR market. As an experienced search professional, she has extensive experience recruiting across mid, senior, and executive level roles.

Beth has a broad HR network in the UK and internationally, and has experience recruiting a broad range of opportunities including business partnering, reward, resourcing, talent management, organisational design, learning and development and change & transformation.

Anna Davies

Lead Principal Consultant

Anna joined Middlemore in 2026 as a Lead Principal Consultant bringing a wealth of experience having been in the recruitment industry for around 15 years. She has developed strong experience supporting clients with permanent HR hiring across a range of industries. The roles she typically recruits for include generalist HR Business Partners, Heads of HR and HR Directors, as well as all the other HR specialisms including Talent, Reward and Resourcing.

Anna strives to deliver an excellent experience to everyone she works with and builds strong relationships along the way. She gets huge job satisfaction from providing clients with outstanding candidates, and seeing candidates thrive and progress up the HR ladder.

Lauren Howard

Head of Client Engagement & Marketing

Lauren joined the group in 2013 and transitioned to Head of Client Engagement & Marketing in 2020. In this role, she leads a dynamic team while overseeing the execution of our comprehensive strategy for communications, sales automation, marketing, and events.

Lauren’s responsible for providing our valued client portfolio with cutting-edge market intelligence through meticulously crafted whitepapers and industry insights. She also spearheads a diverse range of events, both in-person and online, designed to foster meaningful connections and knowledge sharing within our professional community.

Chris Rowlands

Group COO

Chris joined the Executive Network Group in October 2004, initially focusing on senior appointments in the health, safety, environmental, and sustainability sectors before broadening his expertise to include HR and wider corporate functions from 2011. He became a share-holding director of ENG and its subsidiary brands in 2014.

Chris dedicates his time to enhancing operational excellence across ENG’s service lines, putting a strong emphasis on client feedback and insight. In support of ENG’s diverse client networks, he also focuses on forming strategic partnerships with key industry influencers, particularly in the energy & utilities, and industry & commerce sectors.

Matt Ellis

Group CEO

Matt joined the Pertemps Network Group in January 2000 and established the Executive Network Group later that year. As Managing Director of ENG and a main Board Director of Pertemps, he has played a pivotal role in defining group strategy, and his forward-thinking approach has ensured ENG remained a high-growth, profitable, and resilient business over each of the past 25 years.

Inspired by a pursuit of excellence and driven by ENG's core values, Matt builds partnerships and collaborations that empower our team, allowing ENG to fulfil its mission to “make recruitment better."

Nina McLeish

Operations Director

Nina joined the Executive Network Group in 2002 and currently leads the centralised Business Support team, enabling us and our sister brands to deliver exceptional service to our clients across the UK and internationally.

As Operations Director, she oversees various critical functions, including payroll, compliance, and IT & process management while driving ENG’s ‘Thrive’ initiative – a programme aimed at supporting every ENG team member’s physical, mental, nutritional, and financial wellbeing.

Paige Dainty

Business Support Manager

Since joining the team in 2012, Paige has vitally contributed to our operations. She manages key functions such as payroll, invoicing, and office management while coordinating our interim executives and independent consultants.

Paige oversees compliance & administration, ensuring that our business runs effectively. Her commitment to excellence not only enhances our operational efficiency but also contributes to the exceptional service we provide to our clients.
